They have a traditional elongated shape, obtained by cutting / diagonally of the strand of dough after cooking. The Cantucci has a golden upper surface with an internal structure characterized by a high presence of whole-shelled (but not peeled) almonds. The length can vary but it is normally contained within 10 centimeters. The name derives from “canto”, that is corner, or from “cantellus”, in Latin pieces or slices of bread.

Today Grondona has taken an antique recipe and enriched it with all the care of traditional craftsmanship using only the most carefully selected raw materials.
