Gallette is an essential Italian biscuit, a plain cookie as versatile as ancient.<\/p>\n<p>It was 1803 when Mr. Edward, an eccentric London baker, looked at sailors\u2019 crackers and saw buttery and milk-rich biscuits which would make tea-time an even more delicious occasion from thereon.<\/p>\n<p>In 1920 Orlando Grondona rewrites Mr. Edward\u2019s recipe with his quality rules and inserts it into the small black notebook of good things.\u00a0 In Grondona&#8217;s crackers, there is a rich and full flavor of milk, pure butter, and selected flours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>",
