        "rendered": "<p>In ancient times Genoese bakers identified them as small canestrelli, but the &#8220;cocoa canestrellini\u201d have a character all of their own.\u00a0It&#8217;s superfluous to say that they became a kids-favorite in Grondona&#8217;s collection.<\/p>\n<p>Made as they used to be with the original short pastry recipe. Thanks to Grondona now these pastries have brought even more tastiness to the Italian pastries tradition.<\/p>\n<p>All the natural ingredients of the plain canestrellini are used in this biscuit as well.<\/p>\n<p>Cocoa mixes, drops of pure dark chocolate, worked with selected flours, egg yolks, sugar, and a drop of lemon: can you smell the scent already?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>",
