Edward, un boulanger londonien excentrique, a vu dans les biscuits pour marins des biscuits riches en beurre et en lait qui allaient faire de l'heure du th\u00e9 une occasion encore plus d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n<p>En 1920, Orlando Grondona r\u00e9\u00e9crit la recette de M. Edward avec ses r\u00e8gles de qualit\u00e9 et l'ins\u00e8re dans le petit carnet noir des bonnes choses.
