Ingredients

Our The Classic pack is made up of 3 pieces of Canestrelli Antica Genova®, 3 pieces of Pandolcini Antica Genova®, 3 pieces of Lunette, and 3 pieces of Cuori Mori.  The following table outlines the ingredients within these individual products.

Canestrelli Antica Genova: ingredients: wheat flour, butter 25%, sugar, fresh egg yolks from free-range hens, lemon juice, Madagascar vanilla pods. WITHOUT HYDROGENATED FATS. Contains one bag of icing sugar. Ingredients: sugar, wheat starch. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in Italy.

Pandolcini Antica Genova: Ingredients: wheat flour, sultanas 30%, butter, sugar, candied fruit (orange peel, apples, pears, pineapple, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice), (orange peel, apple, pear, pineapple, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice), fresh eggs from free-range hens, pine nuts 2.3%, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), aniseed.  WITHOUT HYDROGENATED FATS. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in Italy.

Lunette: ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, butter, chocolate chips 17% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier: soya lecithin), coconut 7%, fresh eggs from free-range hens, salt and lemon juice. WITHOUT HYDROGENATED FATS. May contain traces of nuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in Italy.

Cuori Mori: Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, sugar, chocolate 9% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), cocoa 3.5%, fresh egg yolks from free-range hens, lemon juice. WITHOUT HYDROGENATED FATS. May contain traces of nuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Made in Italy.
