Selected flour, fresh butter, and vanilla beans, freshly squeezed lemon juice are the natural ingredients for this traditional recipe.
As a specialty of Italian pastries, the cookie is sober and attentive to substance as is the land that cradled its recipes.
You choose how to enjoy them, whether pure in their rough texture or finished off with a dusting of the icing sugar we pack in a separate bag for garnishing.
