The Boccino (the traditional recipe of pandolce with extra Pisa pine nuts, sultanas and candied fruit), the Bacio di Dama, the Canestrellino al Cacao (cocoa short pastry with nuggets of pure dark chocolate), the Gocce (dark chocolate nuggets enrich the classic butter short pastry), the Canestrellino (classic Genoese short pastry, with butter, rich and simple).
